ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
The Association filed these Articles of Association with the Secretary of State of South Carolina on November 25, 1996. The purpose for which the Association was organized is as follows:

To keep alive the memory of our ancestors and to improve, protect, and care for their resting place;

To work with the Greenville Water District in order to negotiate the most advantageous method by which family members might gain free access to their ancestors final resting place;

To see that the family cemetery is accurately mapped and platted for historical purposes;

To assure that all known family members are informed and permitted to participate in the care of the family cemetery; and

To arrange for donation of monies so to help pay for the cost to help maintain and preserve our family cemeteries.
